About

Our name, Square Fifteen, comes from the original city plan drawn for Washington, DC, by Pierre L’Enfant. He dreamed of creating a beautiful, vibrant capital city.

L’Enfant envisioned a city with 15 public squares. Some of them remain ubiquitous landmarks, like Dupont Circle and Lincoln Park, but the 15th square wasn’t incorporated into the final design. We love Washington, DC, and we are fascinated by its history.

We like to think that we approach our business the same way L’Enfant approached his city plan. We take care to develop homes that are as beautiful and vibrant as Washington’s neighborhoods. We do so with years of experience in DC real estate development, sales, and property management. As DC residents, we capitalize on our relationships and knowledge of the evolving real estate market.
